Yorkshire Photo Walks was Founded in 2012 by Yorkshire based photographer Tom Marsh. He is always on hand to help you improve your photography skills and discover unique locations.

Our Photo Walks are limited to just six participants, allowing everyone to get in on the action.
No matter what camera you use or how good you think you are, you are made to feel welcome on every walk.
Yorkshire Photo Walks provides expert photography tuition and experiences to all levels of photographer, on short walks through unique and inspirational Yorkshire locations.
Our scheduled group Photo Walks are limited to 6 participants and focus on specific locations, techniques or subjects. Participants are given the chance to learn alongside like-minded people over a 2.5 hour walk in one of our carefully selected, inspirational Yorkshire locations. Priced at just £32, with excellent discounts for bulk bookings, all our walks are excellent value for money.
Our 1to1 and private group Photo Walks offer bespoke Photo Walks to suit the requirements of each individual or group. The sessions can be booked at a location and time that is best suited to you. The sessions range from £60 for a two hour 1to1 session to £32 per participant for a group walk.

Our tutor is Yorkshire based photographer Tom Marsh (aka The Flat Capped Photographer). He set up Yorkshire Photo Walks in 2012 with the aim of providing bite-sized tuition sessions in unique locations.
Tom has a Masters degree in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster and over 11 years teaching experience. He has a philosophical view on life and photography. He likes to make his Photo Walks thought provoking, whilst pushing people outside their comfort zone to achieve bigger and better things.
Tom describes his own personal photography work as simple but impactful. He sees photography both as a form of exploration and of simplifying the world in order to make sense of its complexities.
