Back in 2012, Tom Marsh, a fresh faced University Graduate with an affection for photography and walking the paths of his beloved Yorkshire, had an idea to bring his two passions in life together. Yorkshire Photo Walks was born, providing bite-sized photography tuition sessions on short walks through unique & insprational locations.

Fast forward 12 years and this once fledgeling idea has now blossomed into a diverse array of educational photography content. From practical group and 1to1 Photo Walks via a successful YouTube Channel and more, Tom stays true to his roots, cutting through the jargon to share his  knowledge in an approachable manor.

Whether you are looking to improve your photography skills and/or discover unique Yorkshire Photography locations, you're in the right place.

I am a great believer that improving your photography is not about learning rules or following the crowd, it is an on-going journey of discovery, on which, we need to find our own path.

That is why, on my Yorkshire Photo Walks, we learn about the 'why' of photography as well as the 'how,' in assisting everyone who attends to be the best photographer they can be. 

No matter what stage you are at on your photography journey, you will find a way of taking the next step on a Yorkshire Photo Walk.
