A Waterfall Photography Master Class
Join us for an immersive waterfall photography masterclass in the heart of the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Set against the backdrop of an iconic waterfall, this workshop offers hands-on guidance in balancing exposure, mastering composition, and capturing the movement of water with creative flair. With expert tips and personalised support, you'll develop the skills to make your waterfall shots truly stand out. And if nature is on our side, we may even photograph the thrilling spectacle of salmon leaping upstream. A perfect day for passionate photographers of all levels.

Car Parking: Yorkshire Dales National Park Car Park Stainforth. Pay & Display £6 for the day.
Walk Duration: 2.5 hours
Walk Distance: Approx. 1.5 miles
Walk Terrain: Paths are made of crushed stone, rock, tarmac and grass. Rocks near the waterfall can get slippery, especially during or after wet weather. There is a reasonably steep hill down to the waterfall on a single-track road.

- A camera that can be set manually
- Standard lens (e.g. 24-70mm on full frame)
- Telephoto lens (200mm+ on full frame) just in case the salmon are leaping!
- Tripod
- Neutral Density Filters may be useful
