Join us for a captivating Photo Walk that transports you to the 1940s, where you'll capture the essence of nostalgia and action in the charming Yorkshire Dales village of Ingleton. This unique experience not only allows you to document the past but also teaches traditional photography techniques, social documentary, and street photography, making it perfect for enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Date & Time: Saturday 5th July, 2:00pm

Meeting Point: Entrance to Ingleton Community Centre, Main Street, Ingleton, LA6 3HG. Google Maps: 54.152099, -2.469278 ///solid.spicy.hamsters

Car Parking: Pay & Display Car Park at meeting point (£2.90 for up to 3 hours). Alternative free on-street parking is available on the B6255 but may be limited.

Walk Duration: 2.5 hours

Walk Distance: Approx. 1.5 miles

Walk Terrain: Paths are made from tarmac. Paths are mainly level throughout with a few undulating sections.

Recommended Equipment:

  • Any camera
  • A film camera with black & white film would be good but digital cameras will be accepted!
  • A wide to mid range lens (e.g. 24 - 70mm on full frame)
  • A telephoto lens may be useful
